Return & Refund Policy

At Hannah & Daniel Calgary, we do our best to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be received before a return request can be submitted
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not

Note: Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted

2. Return Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@hannahdanielcalgary.com
  2. Include your:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

Note: Our supplier is located internationally (outside your country)

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • This includes international shipping and any customs fees
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Note: We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval
  • If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order
